The Louise Nixon Academy of Natural Health was founded on 1st September 1990 by Louise Nixon and won the best new business in Sussex award. Louise has been heard on BBC radio, Olympia in London and Hospital radio discussing the benefits of complementary medicine. She has also appeared in local and national newspapers.

Louise has worked in the health and beauty business for more than 14 years and comes from a long line of holistic heath practitioners.

The teaching at the academy is firmly based on the fundamental belief of classes being small so care and attention can be given for individual requirements. The academy has an excellent pass rate with students often passing with credits.

I.T.E.C. (International Therapy Examination Council) This is our chosen qualification which is internationally and governmentally recognised and has been established since 1973. After thorough examinations successful candidates receive professional certificates signed by the examination board and authenticated by the I.T.E.C. logo. When displayed these inform the general public that the therapist is competent to practice.
